After the tragic fire of April 1957 Mr. and Mrs. Hansen wrote this letter of gratitude to the customers of the Langlois Cheese Makers.

Although the Hansens had hoped otherwise, the factory was closed and not rebuilt. Only the warehouse building and sign remain standing today.
